Gratitude:I had a little bit of time between 2 appointments. Not enough to go home, but enough to fit something in. I started walking towards a park, thinking I’ll sit in nature. But on my way there, I saw a hotel lobby with a burning fire place. I love fireplaces. So I went and sat by the fireplace in that lobby. I found that it was more nurturing than the park in that moment. 

I wonder what other things could be nurturing for us that we have not considered?

I am grateful for free fireplaces!
