I am grateful for hotels who provide bathmat hand towel and face cloth. I didn’t know that a hotel may only provide a bath towel. How sheltered have I been all those years!
I am grateful for the bath towel!

I was wearing my brand new orange rain jacket this weekend and I realized that I had to walk with my arms outstretched in front of me if I wanted to see the beautiful color I was wearing. And this morning, I got to admire the same beautiful orange on one of my colleagues.
I am grateful for other people wearing orange so that I can admire it!

Yesterday, I forgot about gratitude: I thought about it in the morning and got interrupted. And then got whirlwinded into the rest of my day and forgot…
The good news is there is still tones of gratitude available. Just because we might forget what’s important to us one day doesn’t have to mean giving up once we remember.
Here I am again: I am grateful for the free bag of groceries we won at Nesters!!!

I had a great visit with my Canadian family who helped me when I arrived 18 years ago. What a delight to connect even if we don’t see each other often.
I am grateful for a sweet connection that contributes to the juiciness of my life. Happy thank you more please!

I got to experience being so excited by what I am creating at work that I don’t want to stop creating at the end of the workday… It’s work that doesn’t feel like work.
I am grateful for the opportunity to do something I am good at, something I love doing.

Appreciating the small things in life sounds like a good idea and it sounds simple. For me it requires training or awareness or something.
Yesterday, I took part in a wonderful inner child meditation led by Joe Vitale. There is something about the way children are able to be in awe or delighted by the small things.
And this morning, I feel delighted by my tea kettle/cup combo.
I am grateful for the ability to be delighted.
