I received a wonderful compliment yesterday: a woman who works in my building at the end of our conversation told me: My eyes are happy when I see you. Gratitude!

In class this past weekend, the facilitator talked about the difference between spending time versus investing time. This is another question that am I grateful for: what would it take to invest my time in what makes me feel fully alive?
Gratitude 331:
Tonight, instead of eating my avocado straight away, I took the time to make guacamole. I am grateful for the time invested: it was even more delicious than the plain avocado!

I took a little gratitude posts break. I was still doing the exercise of asking myself what I was grateful for about my day, but I was not inspired in writing about it. Then this weekend I was in class and I heard some pretty inspiring questions. It made me consider what is the most important for me. For me, today the most important is to live fully. What does it take for me to consider that I live fully? I realize that this is different for everyone.
I am grateful for the question.

Today after lunch, I was pulling out the meat off off a roasted chicken to make it easier to use later. As I was easily separating the meat from the carcass, I felt it: how lucky am I that I can just buy a cooked chicken will all the work done for me?

I received an Easter plate today. Homemade treats from a friend including chocolate. I am grateful to be able to cheat on my food challenge!

Today, I was talking with a friend about choices I made in the last twenty years and coming to the realization that I would still choose the same today. I am grateful for the feeling of no regrets.
What choices have you made that you would make again?

Today, I was grateful for the daffodils planted along Highway 1. They make the stop and go traffic so much nicer.
In case you wonder how they go there:
